This one-day certification course introduces participants to the leading-edge areas of Process Improvement and Project Management. This interactive course includes experiential learning, table work and discussion–making use of case studies, examples, and success stories from law firms and legal departments so that attendees learn about Six Sigma, Lean, and Project Management in a legal context such that the course is immediately relevant and useful.
